Good evening Titan Families!

I know it feels like we have just started to get rolling with this school year, but the Board of Education is already proactively working on a plan for next school year. On Tuesday voters of Grace will be deciding whether or not to call another teacher so that we can split the 1st and 2nd grade classes for next year. If you are a family with a current Kindergartener, please take a few moments to complete this survey - calling another teacher is a huge commitment, and your input will provide valuable feedback for the voters as they consider this decision.

The "Calling Season" officially begins in November. In addition to this potential call we will also need to issues calls to replace Mrs. Dowling (retirement) and Mr. Cordes (interim 5/6 homeroom teacher). Please continue to pray for the ministry of Grace as we enter these exciting times.

This week we will also begin our 6 session Swim and Gym Program. You can find all of the details toward the bottom of this newsletter.

Finally, there is a note that provides information about a unique way that Thrivent members can support the ministry at Grace. You don't have to be a member to participate in this lunch meeting, but you do have to RSVP to [email protected] by October 14th. Please consider coming to learn more about another way you can assist in the ministry at Grace.
