Convocation

Convocation is a formal assembly where the entire campus comes together to kick off the school year. Business professional attire should be worn to this event.

Day of Service
August 21, 2024
Students will attend service projects on campus and in the community.
T-shirts will be provided, but many service projects take place outside. We recommend that students have pants and closed-toed, comfortable shoes.

IMSA has a dedicated group of Student Leaders moving in early to prepare the campus for incoming sophomores. These students have been selected for their leadership skills and service to IMSA, acting as role models and guides for younger students.
Our Resident Student Leaders (RSLs) will be busy decorating the halls for your arrival. The Student Computing Club (SCC) will be trained to help you access campus WiFi. The Campus Activity Board (CAB), in partnership with the Student Council (StudCo), will coordinate various Welcome Week events to make your first week on campus unforgettable.
You'll meet some of these students when you move in, as they help with the move-in process!
