Hello Grace Family!

Tomorrow is the big day! Come and join us for the Cruisin' at Grace Car Show. This is a great event with all the proceeds going to support non-budgeted items for our students. Below you'll find some of the highlights for the event.

QUICK HIGHLIGHTS

The Cruisin' at Grace Car Show is the highlight of this next week! Did you know this was voted one of the top 3 events in SWMI! Here's how you can be a part of/support this special day:
Register a Vehicle - you can still register a vehicle (even the day of the event)- though we have now passed the deadline for a free T-shirt/goodie bag with registration.

Come to check out the show on Saturday, September 14 (8AM-1PM). Awards will be given out at 1PM
Bring your kids to kick off the show at 9AM with the singing of the National Anthem (students are asked to be there 10 minutes early to run through the song - meet in Miss Reimers room)
Plan to have lunch with us - Tailgate Special - Burgers, Brats, Beans, Chips and Drinks!
Plan to have a Sweet Treat - 7th and 8th Grade will be selling Root Beer Floats with Silver Harbor Brewing Company sponsoring the Root Beer! Proceeds will support their Class Trip in the Spring to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter.

We are looking forward to another fantastic and hopefully Record-Breaking event!

We're wrapping up NWEA MAP testing this week. This is the standardized test that we use to track student growth throughout the year. It also helps us to identify areas of strength and items the students still need to work on.
We got a new playground game this last week thanks to PIE! It was purchased with funds from last year's Titans on the Track event. Click Here to see a video of the kids enjoying this new game!
Grades 4-8 have an awesome opportunity to sing in worship this Sunday at the 10:30 service. We hope many of you will be able to join us in worship that day! Students should meet in their classroom a few minutes before the service.
It was a blessing for the students in 5-8th Grade to sing at Janet Dykstra's funeral this past Thursday - providing comfort and confidence in God's promises.
