Connecting People to God's Grace

FROM THE PRINCIPAL'S DESK

Dear Grace School Family,

Welcome back, Grace families! We hope you had a restful and joy-filled Christmas break filled with time to relax, reflect, and celebrate our Savior’s birth. As we return to school, we are grateful for the opportunity to begin this new year together, refreshed and ready to continue growing in faith, learning, and service.

We thank you for your continued partnership and support as we work together to guide and encourage our students each day. May God bless our time together as we move forward in the weeks ahead.

Looking Ahead

As we begin the second half of the school year, we also start planning for the future. Included in this newsletter is a letter from the principal sharing information and important considerations for the 2026–2027 school year. We encourage all families to take a few moments to review this letter as we continue working together to support the mission and future of Grace.

Dear Grace Family,

As we look ahead to the coming school year, I would like to share an important update with our Grace families. I will not be serving as principal at Grace next year. While this change brings mixed emotions, I want you to know that it has been a true blessing to serve as principal this year.

I am incredibly grateful for the support, encouragement, and partnership shown by our families. Your trust, prayers, and involvement have meant more to me than I can fully express. Serving the students, staff, and families of Grace has been a joy and an honor.

I also want to reassure you that Mr. Wiechmann and I will continue serving at Grace as we move forward and begin the process of calling a new principal. Grace remains strong, faithful, and committed to providing a Christ-centered education, and I am confident God will continue to guide our school in the days ahead.

Thank you again for the privilege of serving this year and for being such a supportive and caring school family.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”

Proverbs 3:5–6

With gratitude and blessings,

Chris Avila
