Got a DEP Air Sensor Grant?

This workshop is for you!

Join WMPHA, the Public Health Institute of Western Mass and the Hitchcock Center for the Environment to learn more about how to use the Purple air sensors awarded to local health departments in Western Mass. The Healthy Air Network is a map of air quality in Western and Central Massachusetts and a source for information on the risks of poor air quality.

Through a new EPA grant, the Network is working to support local health departments in learning from the air quality data and communicating about risks to residents. The Network is also collaborating with Yale University on air quality research.

If you would like your newly-received DEP air sensors to join those on the map, they need to get calibrated at Yale University BEFORE they are installed. Read this important memo for more information, and this information about how to install the sensors, and join us at the workshop to learn more!
