As many of you know, Jim DuBois is our National Title Toolbox Trainer and has spent years working closely with our users to help them succeed. Over time, Jim has received an increasing number of requests to train end users directly. While supporting users is always a priority, the primary role of the title representative is to leverage Title Toolbox in a way that helps both the end user and the title representative grow their respective businesses.

In response to the high demand for advanced, structured training, Jim has designed a series of three focused sessions, available individually or as a complete package, that are tailored to different experience levels and business goals.

National:

• It’s a Buyer’s Market: America has 44% More Home Sellers Than Buyers—a Near-Record Gap. There were an estimated 44% more home sellers than buyers in the U.S. housing market in January (or 600,314 more, in numerical terms). That’s up from 30% more a year earlier and represents the second largest gap in records dating back to 2013. The largest gap was in December 2025, when sellers outnumbered buyers by 45%. • Mortgage Rates Below 6% Bring Fresh Hope to the Housing Market. It’s taken three and a half years, but mortgage rates finally have a “five-handle.” (USATODAY) More>
