Box office software from box office people.

The First Feature of TixPro 8 is Here!

Since we took over Center Stage Software at the beginning of this year, Dale and I have been working hard to get our replacement for Wintix to you. Our goal has been to create a program that will give you the same functionality as Wintix, while making improvements and adding the cool features that you have been asking for. TixPro 8 is that program.

TixPro 8 is a browser based program working off your Wintix database and can be used on a desktop, laptop, and Apple or Android Tablet. You no longer need to have a Windows computer to sell your tickets. Apple products are welcome.

We decided that instead of making all of our customers wait until we have the entire program built, we would release parts of the program as they are finished. The first available feature is Flex Passes and Flex Tickets. These can be sold in house through TixPro 8 and through Webtix.

You will find instructions on how to access your TixPro 8 Admin interface below. As always, you can call me for help if you need it.

We look forward to more releases coming very soon! Thank you so much for being part of this exciting step forward for Center Stage Software. We truly appreciate having you as a client.

How to Access Your TixPro 8 Site

Step 1: Set Up Your User Logins If you already require your Wintix users to enter a password when they open Wintix in the box office, you can skip to step 2.

If you currently do not use passwords in Wintix, then you will need to set them up. You can follow instructions on how to do so here. You do not need to require passwords in Wintix, only set them up in the list of users.

Step 2: Go To Your Site If you do not currently use Webtix please reach out to me at david@centerstage.com or call me at 831-920-1254 x1. I will help you out!

If you use Webtix, then getting to your Tixpro 8 site is simple. All you need to to is add admin2. to the beginning of your Webtix URL.

For example, let's say you work at Brigadoon Theatre and your Webtix site is brigadoontheatre.csstix.com. To get to your Tixpro 8 site the URL would be admin2.brigadoontheatre.csstix.com.

You can always call or email me for help!

Step 3: Login Use your User and Password that you would typically use to login to Wintix (or the new user and password you just set up for the first time).

Step 4: Take A Look Around Areas that are still being built and tested will show up as grayed out or will have a warning that they are being worked on or in active testing.

We will announce new features as they become available. For right now, you can take a look around, and if you want, set up a Flex Pass or Flex Ticket Package. If you need help you can call or email us for help!
