The Town's 10 day winter festival all starts at 7:00 p.m. Friday, February 9 at the Opening Ceremonies at the Paradise Double Ice Complex. Sidewalk snow clearing in the Town of Paradise is organized into four different routes, with sidewalks along each route cleared in priority order. Sidewalks within the immediate vicinity of school areas are classified as Priority 1 and are addressed first. Sidewalks on local roads are classified as Priority 1 or 2, and are cleared as weather permits. Full details on the Town's Snow Clearing is available on the website.
2018 Property Tax Reminder

Paradise Principal Tops in Canada
Congratulations to the principal of Paradise Elementary School, Mr. Michael Tobin, on being named as one of Canada's Outstanding Principals for 2018! Canada's Outstanding Principals recognizes contributions of principals in Canadian public schools. Specifically, the award acknowledges principals that demonstrate innovation and entrepreneurial spirit, and who have done something truly remarkable in public education. The principals are nominated by parents, colleagues and community members, and are chosen by a national selection committee. The awards will be presented at the annual Canada's Outstanding Principals gala on February 27, 2018 in Toronto, Ontario. Way to go Mr. Tobin!
