Soon people will be knocking on your door, wanting to visit your club.
 
A major advertising campaign will drive visitors to your club through Find-A-Club, beginning March 23rd.
 
Please add Club Leads clubleads@toastmasters.org to your contacts list to ensure the email arrives in your inbox.
 
Check your email listed on Club Central to see if anyone has tried to contact your club.

When potential members first contact you:
  1. Call them as soon as possible. Quick responses have the best results. 
  2. If they only provide an email address, this link provides a template for drafting a note to them.
 
People who reach out to you are very interested in visiting your club, so make sure you are in contact with them. When someone contacts your club, include information about your next meeting and ask them to attend as a guest. It is a great way to understand how a Toastmasters meeting works.
 
After they visit your club:
How can you follow through to convert these visitors into members?
Follow up within 48 hours after they visit. Ask if they have questions and if you can help them fill out the application. For help, check out the Guest Email Follow Up.”

Membership dues renewals are now due. 
Club officers, please ensure at least 8 members' dues payments are submitted to Toastmasters International by April 1st, 2022.

To qualify for the $75 spin on April 9, please have your paid membership equal to your base, plus four members. If you require assistance or have any questions, please contact our Club Growth Director, Lance McMahan, DTM.

You could win $25 in April 2022.

Just add new, dual, or reinstated members to your club and enroll them in Pathways.

For each member added in March, and enrolled in Pathways, your club will receive one chance to win a $25 Toastmasters gift certificate on April 9, 2022.

It’s time to put it into HIGH GEAR! On April 9 at 9:00 am, we will be spinning the wheel for three clubs to each win $75 in Toastmaster gift certificates.

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible, have your membership at Base+4. That is, have a net increase in membership of four (4) when the spin takes place during the DECM on April 9, 2022. (Yes, that means membership renewals need to be turned in promptly…).
