Couples going through a divorce face many challenges that are heightened by strong emotions. Mediation allows divorcing couples to take control of planning their own lives and to make informed, beneficial decisions about their future.

In his clinic, Steven will discuss ways to initiate the divorce mediation process and help you gain a better understanding of the people in conflict. He will guide you through ways to facilitate a positive and productive mediation and discuss the advantages of online mediations.

Steven will also offer tools and techniques to smooth out the online mediation process and suggest ways to create a more supportive experience, whether remote or face to face. He will include time for Q&A.

Steven’s presentation will cover these crucial topics:

  • Initiating the process
  • Understanding couples in conflict
  • Facilitating a positive and productive mediation
  • Advantages of online mediation
  • Suggestions for smooth and supportive online mediation
  • Tools & techniques
