Dear Friends,

This is a friendly reminder that today is my State of the District Address. I hope you can make it to the Salome Urena Campus at 4600 Broadway (196th and Broadway), at 2:00 PM where I'll discuss the many accomplishments our community has experienced over the past year and what we have in store for the future!

The 6th annual State of the District will place a focus on how we can continue to empower our community through education. I will be touching on how we can preserve and create affordable housing; how we can spur economic development; and how to improve our community together. We have a lot of great things to talk about so I hope to see you there!
