The SafTCart Show Circuit Gets Back in Full Swing for the Fall Season

SafTCart Vice President Jim Herring and his wife, Melinda, traveled to New York City September 18th to 23rd for the annual AWISCO show hosted by Lloyd Robinson and Felim O'Malley. The annual vendor show, hosted under a large tent at their Maspeth, NY, location, featured welding demonstrations, special sales, manufactures' displays, and a large buffet. The show also played host to New York OSHA and D.O.T., Fire department, and other safety commissions, as well as trade schools and a welding competition.

These trade shows are a great way for the wider community to witness SafTCart's quality and see our products in person, including our firewall carts and cages. Furthermore, these shows are great opportunities for networking with industry friends. SafTCart will next be at the Annual GAWDA Convention in San Diego, CA,. Oct. 5th to the 8th, so be sure to stop by and say hey.

Employee Spotlight:

Will Burton

Will has worked at SafTCart for five years now, in addition to four prior years of employment. With his twenty plus years of experience and schooling at Phillips Community College in Arkansas, he is prepared for his role as one of our maintenance supervisors. 

Will enjoys his job tremendously, it allows him to exercise his favorite passion, tinkering with and fixing electrical issues. He prefers to work alone, and he has an immeasurable drive to push himself further every day.

Will appreciates the chance to work at SafTCart, stating that it gives him "a sense of pride and accomplishment." He loves to brighten up the office with his humor, saying, "I take my job very seriously without taking myself too seriously." 

From Clarksdale, Will lives with his wife of six and a half years, Anna, and their two children with twins on the way. They also have three dogs. We appreciate Will and love having him in the SafTCart family.
