Leading Teams During a Crisis: COVID-19 and Beyond

Are you concerned about the stress and energy levels among your practice and team members related to COVID-19? If so, attend this HCCIntelligence™ webinar on Wednesday, September 16, 4 pm – 5 pm (Central Time), entitled Leading Teams During a Crisis: COVID-19 and Beyond. During the webinar, you’ll learn how to conduct an assessment using a Joy in Work framework that measures burnout. You’ll also learn how to develop and use a “team-based care” approach during a crisis and explore ways to move beyond the crisis. Take the AAHCM Survey to be a Voice in
the Future of Home Care Education
On behalf of our partners at the American Academy of Home Care Medicine (AAHCM) Education Committee, the Home Centered Care Institute invites you to participate in a brief survey on home care medicine education. The purpose of the survey is to learn about existing educational methods and guide the development of a shared educational resource for learners (e.g., students, residents, fellows) about house calls.
You are invited to participate in this survey if you provide medical care to older adults in their homes. Your input is valuable and will help guide the next steps in this process.
The survey is open until Friday, September 25, 2020, and takes just 5-10 minutes to complete. Thank you in advance for your participation.
