Welcome to WOCNext 2019!

We are thrilled to have you in Nashville to help us celebrate and launch the next generation of education from the WOCN ® Society. Over the last year, the National Conference Planning Committee (NCPC) has been hard-at-work enhancing our offerings to empower current and future generations of WOC nurses and other healthcare professionals. We set out to change the way we incorporate information sharing, education and attendee and exhibitor experiences in 2019 and beyond. From networking opportunities, schedule flexibility, varied educational formats and increased opportunities for product knowledge, there is something for everyone at WOCNext 2019.

Get ready for four days packed with evidence-based
research, expert analysis and inspiring stories. As you attend sessions and meet new and old friends over the next several days, we hope that the education, strategies and best practices exchanged during the event will serve you well. Access Handouts through MyWOCN App

If you experience any technical difficulties downloading session handouts, we have a solution for you:

  • Click on Event Schedule from the main page OR click on Sessions by Specialty on the side bar.
  • Choose a session.
  • Scroll down past the speaker information.
  • Click on "Handout" under the speaker information.

The handout will automatically pop up to view.

If the word "Handout" is not listed under the speaker information, that means there is no handout for that particular session.

Start off WOCNext 2019 with some fun and games at the Welcome Networking Reception! Relax, enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks, mingle with the best in our field, play at the game stations and get to know your fellow WOCNext attendees. Take photos at the Selfie Station and with the WOCNext logo, and share the fun on social media using the hashtag #WOCNext2019 .

When walking from your hotel to the Music City Center, enter from the corner of 5th Ave and Demonbreun.

The Music City Center is located at

The Music City Center has a three-level, covered parking garage with 1,800 spaces, and is equipped with a 24/7 fully-automated system that accepts debit and credit cards upon exit. The parking garage is located on 6th Ave and Demonbreun,
directly across from the south entrance for Birdgestone Arena.
Registration Hours

10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

The registration desks and the Xpress Registration kiosk are located on Level 2 of the Music City Center.
Poster Set Up Hours

2:00 pm - 5:00

If you are presenting a paper, you can it up in the Poster Hall during this time.
