Please stand in mind, body, or spirit

One: We have gathered as children of God’s promise to keep

alive our vision of hope.

All: We have gathered on the mountaintop that we may be strengthened to live as the people of God in the valleys of everyday life.

One: We are on a pilgrimage of love and hope.

All: We are empowered by our history and led by our

dreams and visions.

One: May these be lifted by the winds of encouragement and a sense of wonder as we celebrate the God of all possibilities. Let us worship.

Now we who are here

have experienced God’s wondrous Grace.

We’ve looked at creation and

known we have looked in God’s face.

Yes, we who know God’s name, can never be the same.

With glory and honor and praises we proudly proclaim:

That we can soar like an eagle, fly like a dove,

Run like the wind, with strength from above.

We will never grow weary, for love will prevail.

And those who believe cannot fail.

Trusting God’s presence and power we reach for our goal.
