Lower School Presents

Grandparents' Day 2025

Friday, March 7th!

We are looking forward to our upcoming Grandparents' Day 2025 to be held Friday, March 7th! This year's event will begin at 10 am with "This Is The Day," a special performance by our entire Lower School student body in the Gymnatorium. Doors will open at 9 am.

Due to the increased traffic on campus this Friday, March 7th, for our Lower School's Grandparents' Day event, we will be re-routing our carline for the 12 noon dismissal only for parents picking up Middle School students and non-driver Upper School students. The Holly Hills gate will not be accessible for Middle School and Upper School pick up carline on Friday.

On Friday at 12 noon, please enter the middle gate on Highway 41 and proceed through campus to the Lower School turnaround (cul de sac near the football field) to pick up your child. You will exit the south gate onto Highway 41 (right turn only).

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we want the increased number of vehicles on campus to travel in the most efficient and safest way possible.

Following the program, parents and grandparents are invited to the Quad for outdoor activities and refreshments with their grandchildren and also to visit our Spirit Shop and our Lower School Art Show in the lobby of the gymnatorium.

The Art Show features works of art from all of our Lower School students. Parents may begin viewing and purchasing their framed original artwork and ordering reproductions online now through Monday, March 10th, by clicking on the button below. The art show website allows you to sort by grade and by classroom teacher. Please note that the original art is reserved for parent purchase. The framed reproductions may be purchased by grandparents, relatives, special friends, etc. All of the pre-sold art will be marked with a green sticker indicating the art has been sold at the Art Show on Grandparents' Day. Parents may pick up their purchased art work after they enjoy the show.

After the online Art Show ends on Monday, March 10th, all artwork ordered online after the March 7th show, all framed reproductions, and all the unsold original artwork will be shipped to Westfield for parent/grandparent pick up unless a parent/ grandparent paid for the artwork to be shipped to home.

Once families have spent time together on campus, Lower School students are dismissed to go home with their families. Grandparents' Day is a half day of school for all students grades Pre-K through 12. Buses will run at noon dismissal time. Please note that our After School Program is not available on days of noon dismissal.
