Flashlight reading is a kindergarten favorite during library time!

Reviewing multiplication tables is much more fun when you have friends to practice with! #westfieldthirdgrade

Students in Mr. Shane Hall’s Honors World History class participated in a Socratic Seminar. They discussed the final chapters of Tom Holland’s book, Persian Fire. This is a great activity to demonstrate reading comprehension and expand communication skills. #educationofmindandheart

Seventh graders in Mrs. Leigh Ann Champion's science classes worked in groups to write their own lyrics about what they have learned this semester to the tunes of their favorite Christmas songs. What a fun way to be creative and review what they have learned in life science! #collaborativelearning

Second grade received a surprising letter and a special book title The Shepherd On The Search. After hearing the story, they discovered the shepherd in the Christmas tree! The class voted to name him Joseph. Over the days ahead, Joseph will help students in learning about the true meaning of Christmas - the birth of Jesus. #educationofmindandheart

The entire Westfield community joined together to celebrate Christmas and donate gifts for the KidsGive program along with more than 500 containers of salt for Perry Volunteer Outreach. Together, we sang, prayed for the families touched by PVO, and read Luke 2 to remind us of the true meaning of Christmas. Thank you to all who donated this year. We are thankful to partner with PVO every Christmas since 2008 to help make the season brighter for those in our community! #educationofmindandheart

Our fifth grade students are participating in a variety of service projects this year. This morning, they spread Christmas Cheer, traveling through every building on campus with their Holly Jolly Christmas Cart full of special treats for all of our faculty and staff! We love seeing our students caring for others! #educationofmindandheart

Help our Hornets help others! Our Middle School Student Council is leading a food drive to fight hunger in our community. Our Upper School Book Club is sponsoring a book drive for the Free Little Libraries located around out community. Items for the food drive or book drive may be dropped off in students' homeroom classes or at our Administration Building #ChristmasatWestfield

Our Upper School “elves” from our Tri-Hi-Y Club and Key Club volunteered at the Kiwanis/Zaltana Club Breakfast with Santa held at the Perry Arts Center! We love seeing our students giving of their time to serve their community!

We are Westfield proud of these students Charlotte Ray, Neti Amin, and Prisha Amin for competing in Impromptu and Congressional Debate at the Midtown High School

tournament in Atlanta! #westfielddebate
