It's been a wonderful Christmas season at Westfield, and we are thankful for many teachable moments to share and rejoice in celebrating the birth of our Savior with our students. We are grateful for the many opportunities that our students have had to serve and help others through KidsGive, food drives, and visits to sing and spread cheer throughout our community. We look forward to seeing all of our Hornets back on campus when classes resume Monday, January 6, 2025.

Warm wishes and prayers

It’s all about lights in third grade! These students in Mrs. Lisa New’s science classes made their own Christmas light circuits! #westfieldthirdgrade

Kindergarten students in Ms. Angie McKinley and Mrs. Suzy Jordan’s class drew and painted their very own pictures of the Grinch. Didn’t they do an amazing job?! #westfieldkindergarten

Fourth grade enjoyed seeing The Nutcracker at Theatre Dublin and getting a photo with our very own sophomore ballerina Kenzie Burkart! Afterward, the students enjoyed a picnic on a beautiful winter day! #westfieldfourthgrade

Our fifth graders traveled north to spread some holiday cheer by singing Christmas carols to the residents of the Baptist Village, and our fourth graders sang and made cards for the residents of the Oaks Nursing Home in Marshallville. #servingourcommunity

Our Pre-K students celebrated the sweetest birthday! Happy Birthday, Jesus! Mrs. Ashley Davis read the story of the birth of Christ, and the students sang happy birthday and enjoyed a special cake. We are so thankful to be able to share the true meaning of Christmas, our Savior’s birth, with our students. #westfieldprek
