Hello Westfield families!
|
|
Give thanks to the LORD for He is good; His love endures forever. Psalm 107:1
On behalf of our students, faculty, and staff, we hope you and your family have a wonderful, safe, and restful Thanksgiving Break! Our students have enjoyed a productive week in the classroom...Lower School students reminded us of the meaning of Thanksgiving through special programs and feasts...our varsity girls' basketball team and our varsity swim team's season began this week...our one act play cast and crew gave an outstanding performance at state...our Middle School chorus earned an excellent rating in their competition...and, our Lower, Middle, and Upper School choruses performed today at Mistletoe Market. We are grateful for many blessings, and look forward to seeing everyone back on campus on Monday, November 26th! Happy Thanksgiving!

Every Gift Has a STORY...Westfield Annual Fund
|
Thank you to all of our families, faculty, staff, and friends for supporting the Annual Fund. During the three-week kickoff drive, we raised over $112,000 and reached 88 percent school-wide participation! As a result, everyone will enjoy a day off of school on Monday, April 22nd, and all students will be allowed to wear Spirit Wear every day in December.
Contributions from this year's campaign will be targeted towards campus security enhancements and facility improvements. We are so grateful for our generous donors and truly appreciate your dedication and support of Westfield. Although the three-week kick off has come to an end, please remember the Annual Fund is an ongoing campaign and will run until June 30, 2019. Watch your mail soon for your Westfield discount card! #everygifthasastory #westfieldannualfund

First Grade presents The First Thanksgiving
|
|
One of our most favorite, longtime Westfield traditions is first grade's performance of The First Thanksgiving. These precious pilgrims and Indians remind us of the many blessings that God bestows upon us and our nation. Be sure to click on the video below to hear our first graders sing, dance, and recite Psalm 100 and a few cute Thanksgiving poems!

Help Make Christmas Merrier
through KidsGive...Gifts Due December 3rd!
|
|
Thank you all for your overwhelming response to our KidsGive project with Perry Volunteer Outreach!
Just a reminder of the KidsGive gift guidelines:
1) Please purchase the item that is listed on the gift tag per request from PVO
2) Gift(s) must be returned to Westfield by Monday, December 3rd
3) Gift(s) must be unwrapped - please do not wrap your gift
Please note that if the gift item is more than one item (i.e. the item is socks and you purchase more than one pair), you may put all items in a large Ziploc bag with the KidsGive attached to the bag
4) Gift(s) must have the KidsGive tag attached
The entire Westfield student body, faculty, and staff will join together to present these gifts to Perry Volunteer Outreach at a special school-wide KidsGive assembly on Friday, December 7th. We hope that you will use this opportunity as a "teachable moment" to help your child realize the importance of helping others, showing kindness, and serving our community.
