#facebehindthemask spotlights

This week's #facebehindthemask spotlight shines on Mrs. Michele Walton and Mr. Rex Hodges.

Mrs. Walton has worked at Westfield for six years. She can be found in the Middle School Building teaching math to 7th and 8th grade students. Here is what Mrs. Walton says she enjoys most about working at Westfield: “I enjoy working with students that care about their academics. I also enjoy our Christian environment.”

Mr. Hodges joined Westfield's faculty this year as an Algebra II teacher. Additionally, he serves as one of the assistant varsity football coaches. Mr. Hodges shares that "interaction with the students and faculty" is what he enjoys most about working at Westfield.

Senior Class of 2021...College scholarship applications are available right across from the Counselor's Office. Many are due soon! See Dr. Cynthia Morton for details.
During this week's virtual assembly, Head of School William Carroll shared with Middle and Upper School students about the responsibility of all of us to love and care for each other and help keep our community healthy and safe, especially during this pandemic. From Proverbs 19:21 (Many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is the LORD's purpose that prevails.), Mr. Carroll encouraged students to lean into the Lord's plans as we continue navigating through this school year. We are grateful for the opportunity every day to share God's Word and help our students grow in their faith and trust in the Lord. #VirtualAssembly #wednesdaywisdom #educationofmindandheart
