Hello Westfield families!
What a great week to be a Westfield Hornet! Our varsity girls softball team will compete for the state championship this Saturday for the third year in a row; our 5th & 6th grade football team won the championship with a 7-0 win over Stratford; two of our eighth grade cross country runners finished in the top 10 in the varsity region meet; and our varsity football team earned a big victory Friday night at Bethlehem Christian! Tomorrow, our student body will join together at 10 am in the gym to recognize the Lady Hornets softball team and wish them good luck for Saturday's state championship series at Mercer beginning at 11:15 am! Football tomorrow night in the Hornets' Nest vs Augusta Prep. Don't miss our one act play's community performances on Monday and Tuesday evening. #wearewestfield
Today’s throwback post is a salute to One Act Play. Westfield’s one act program began in the late 1970s and has earned numerous region and state championships during its history. For the past seventeen years, Mrs. Kathy Stubbs, Upper School English and drama teacher, has directed our one act play cast and crew. We invite you to join us for their upcoming performance of Las Soldaderas on October 28th and 29th at 7:30 pm in the Recital Hall. Below are pictures of our One Act Play casts from over the years. #throwbackthursday #50yearsofwestfield #honoringourpastandbuildingourfuture #westfieldtraditions
