Hello Westfield families!
The Christmas season is here! Our students are reaching out into the community by decorating doors and donating gifts, coats, and cans of cranberry sauce, reminding us daily of the many blessings of the Christmas season. Our choruses are spreading Christmas cheer both in the community and on our campus, and our athletic teams are in full swing for the winter sports season. Amidst the busyness and excitement of Christmas, excellent teaching and learning continue everyday in our classrooms. Be sure to read all of this week's Westfield Weekly!
Don't miss tonight's performance of "Sounds of the Season," presented by our Lower, Middle, and Upper School choruses. We will have coffee, hot cocoa, and cookies as a special treat!
Thank you all for your overwhelming response to our KidsGive project with Perry Volunteer Outreach! Over 180 gifts were packaged by our Upper School Student Council and presented this afternoon to PVO. These gifts will help make Christmas brighter for sixty children in our community. Please keep these children and their families in your prayers during this holiday season and into the new year ahead.

Congratulations to our very own fifth grader, Lainey Cummings! Lainey was selected in a county-wide contest to paint a ceiling tile for the Heart of Georgia Hospice inpatient care facility at Perry Hospital. She was the only artist selected from any of the schools in Perry. After submitting her ceiling tile, Lainey was selected as the overall winner in the ceiling tile art contest. Congratulations, Lainey! Special thanks to Heart of Georgia Hospice for providing local students the opportunity to create artwork for your patients!
