Students will join together for a pep rally at 2:27 pm in the Gymnatorium, and then all students, faculty, staff, and families are invited to join us for a Pre-Game Pep Rally at 6 pm in the Quad to kickoff our 50th anniversary campaign and get ready to cheer on our Hornets vs the Tiftarea Panthers! It's great to be a Westfield Hornet!

Today's throwback is a look back at how Westfield's campus has expanded and changed over the past 50 years. Thanks to the generosity of thousands of donors, we have been able to add new facilities and resources to meet our students' needs. We hope you will join us in support of our 50th Anniversary Campaign, as we once again improve our campus by renovating and expanding the Gymnatorium. Click here for more details about the campaign and Gymnatorium project! #throwbackthursday #50yearsofwestfield #honoringourpastandbuildingourfuture

Seventh grade students in Mrs. Christy Mooring’s English classes are working collaboratively to create a story sequence outline and also independently to write and type a three-paragraph summary from their outlines. Being able to work both collaboratively and independently to complete a project or assignment is an important skill these students will need in upper school, college, and beyond! #21stcenturylearning
Third grade’s sunflower seedlings are planted and growing! We can’t wait to see them bloom! #interactivelearning #STEMlearning #westfieldthirdgrade

Our Middle and Upper School students joined together yesterday during Wednesday assembly for a special time of prayer to remember those who lost their lives eighteen years ago on September 11th. Assembly speaker Vicky Jones, a staff member of Flint River Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), shared with students about the importance of having a relationship with Jesus Christ by encouraging them to follow His commands in Matthew 28:18-20 to GO into the world, make disciples, and boldly share their faith and the Gospel with others. To help them step out of their comfort zones, she introduced a fun game that engaged all of the students and faculty. We are thankful to have the opportunity every day to share God's Word with our students. #faithandvalues #wednesdayassembly #educationofmindandheart
