May 6, 2021
Greetings!
Thank you to all of our parents, teachers, and staff for a great Field Day this year! It was wonderful to see everyone back on campus again. The 2020-2021 school year is coming to an end, and we are grateful for your support in helping us to remain on campus and offer in-person instruction each day. AP exams began this week, seniors take exams next week, and then our Middle and Upper School exams will begin the following week. There are many end of the year events over the next few weeks, so please be sure to check our school calendar at the end of this newsletter.

Please don't forget that sports physicals for all students in grades 5 through 11 who are planning to play sports will be held tonight, Thursday, May 6th, from 6 until 7 p.m. in the Recital Hall. All students must have a completed and signed form - please see a link to download and print those forms below in this newsletter.

And, please be reminded that next Friday, May 14th will be a school-wide student holiday as we hold commencement exercises for the Class of 2021 at 10 a.m. on the football field.  Faculty and staff will be on campus all day, and Upper School students in grades 9 through 11 may participate in an optional study day for exam preparation from 12:30 until 3 pm.
Thank you to all who participated in our 27th annual Booster Club Golf tournament and raffle, raising over $50,000! Congratulations to the winning team from Planters State Bank - Tim Wayne, Clay Corbett, Jason Lord, and Fain Griffin! Bill Williams won “closest to the pin.” The winning raffle ticket for $8000 cash was purchased by Rodney McCant. Special thanks to all of the tournament sponsors and to Brenda Evans, Katie Hester, Jeff Dehem, Joey Goodroe, and many more Booster Club volunteers for a great event! #westfieldboosterclub
