Greetings!
This week, we celebrated Westfield’s most beloved traditions…the senior class of 2022’s official cap and gown photo and the walk through campus with their kinderbuddies! Congratulations to our seniors and our kindergarten students! Graduation for the class of 2022 will be held tomorrow, Friday, May 20th at 10 am at the football field. Kindergarten graduation will be held Thursday, May 26th at 8:45 am in the Recital Hall. #westfieldclassof2022 #westfieldclassof2034 #westfieldtraditions
Have you checked out our summer camps?

Take a peek at what Camp Westfield is all about this summer! A few updates...we've added an afternoon session of "Mad Science"! Rising kindergarten students may now participate in "Passport to the World" and "Greek Week", while second graders may go island hopping at "Island Week"!

We are Westfield proud of all of our Golden Eagle nominees and these winners - Cooper Hardy earned honorable mention (career/agriculture), and Conner Shelton won in the Technology category! Cooper will be attending the University of Georgia, and Conner will be attending Georgia Tech. The Golden Eagle Awards were established in 1978 by The Telegraph to honor Central Georgia's highest achieving high school seniors. In 2019, the United Way of Central Georgia took over this long-standing and prestigious awards program. Congratulations to Cooper and Conner! #goldeneagleawards #westfieldclassof2022
First grade had a fabulous field trip this week to Pearson Farm. Mr. Lawton Pearson and Mr. Al Pearson taught our students so much about growing and harvesting peaches. The students picked peaches in the orchard and had a picnic lunch on the porch. The finale of the field trip was homemade peach ice cream! Thank you, Pearson Farm! #handsonlearning #learningoutsidetheclassroom #westfieldfirstgrade #educationofmindandheart
Second graders have been learning about our monetary system, making correct change, estimation, and pricing. They created their own “stores” to price and sell different products…a fun way to learn about money! #westfieldsecondgrade #handsonlearning #educationofmindandheart
Students in Mrs. Robin Leonard’s AP English Language and Composition class are celebrating the end of the year with a DIDLS cookie cake. DIDLS is an AP Lang writing acronym that stands for diction, imagery, details, language, and syntax. #APlang #writing #hatdayforbookbagministry #educationofmindandheart
