Very Good News on a Very Grey Night!

What a way to brighten the evening—Christine Duguay is this week’s rollover winner, taking home an incredible $35,186! Her lucky number was played at Delish Fine Foods, thanks to her father-in-law, who plays for her every week.

Christine was thrilled, saying she’s “the person who never wins”—until now!

She plays weekly to give back to her community, with BayRides being a cause close to her heart. As for her winnings? She plans to share some with her in-laws and cover a few expenses.

Congratulations, Christine! Proof that giving back can lead to big rewards.

Good luck in next week's draw and thank you for your support!

Snowflakes, Campfires & Community: Winter Fun with

Roots and Boots Forest School

Where Winter Becomes Wonder!

Roots and Boots Forest School (RBFS) is helping turn winter into a season of adventure! Thanks to BTC’s generous funding, the RBFS homeschool winter group is bringing learning outdoors—snow, rain, or shine.
The group meets every Tuesday morning in December and January to play in the woods and learn essential skills. So far, participants have explored fire safety, dressing for extreme cold, and how to include everyone while staying safe in all kinds of weather.
And it’s not just about lessons—there’s music, games, tent-pitching, and even sizzling campfire cooking! One organizer shared, “Without this funding, this program would not be possible in our community. We are grateful to make the outdoors accessible to all.”
These experiences are creating memories that will last long after the snow melts. Stay tuned for more of these joyful winter moments. Follow them on Facebook and instagram for more info or email at kellie@allen.net
