Autumn Toddler Day!    8th October     10am - 3pm
AUTUMN TODDLER DAY
8th October 2018
10am - 3pm
Give your Toddler the run of our exhibition on our Toddler Day. We are closed to everyone else that day so there will be no "big kids".
Explore the zones and make new friends!

As the leaves begin to change colour and fall from the trees, join us for a seasonal story and creative activity then catch as many leaves as you can in the wind tent.
What's on?

There will be themed
story telling throughout the day. This month the book is The Scarecrow that didn't scare by Neil Griffiths.

Farmer Wallace had been very busy making this year's scarecrow and was sure it would do a good job!

But, as spring and summer arrived, the woodland creatures took no notice of the scarecrow and weren't frightened at all as they nibbled at the green shoots and ripening corn. What would the farmer do when he returned to view his harvest?

We'll also have a   craft activity for the little ones to get hands-on making trees through the seasons

And since it is Autumn, our science experiment will be catching leaves
in  our special wind tent
