"Let food be thy medicine, and let thy medicine be food."
Tofu, mint, new recipes, detailed, and my video demo of
the EZ Tofu Press with Tofu

Tofu would increase the intake of folate, calcium, magnesium, vitamin K, iron and fiber if we replaced our meat and dairy intake with soy, including tofu.

Tofu assists with prevention and treatment of obesity along with type 2 diabetes.

In fermented soy foods proteins are often made more digestible through fermentation. Minerals like calcium in soy foods can become more soluble and available through fermentation as can the availability of many phytonutrients.

Large doses of purified soy isoflavones (obtained through dietary supplements) has been associated with increased risk of certain cancers, including breast cancer.

It is best to choose whole food soybeans whenever possible, rather than highly processed versions like soy protein isolates and soy protein concentrates.

Please look in the recipe section for a way to use tofu.

Doing the best we can do in a situation feels the best. When we cut corners, are not detailed, not thorough then it shows and does not feel satisfying to us.

Moving slowly and taking our time seems to be the best way to do things and then we can be detailed about what needs to be done. Instead of rushing through with things and then not doing things to the best of our ability.

One of the things that assists with this is breathing in a slow rhythmic breathe that supports us to focus steadily and to be detailed oriented in the task.
