| | Beaver Toyota Student of the Week | Each week, Beaver Toyota will recognize and award a student from Flagler County School District as the “Student of the Week” along with the Beaver Toyota Award of Excellence. This award is given to students who are seen as someone who goes above and beyond as a student and leader of their school! Along with receiving the award, local radio stations, the Beach 92.7, KIX 98.7, KOOL 100.9, and WNXF 94.9, will air the student interview Monday through Friday around 5:20 pm. | |

| We celebrate our Speaker, Mrs. Charlie Brazier, of Significant Magazine, an international magazine that shares art, music, fashion, and more. The Buddy Taylor Middle School African American Mentoring Program for Girls learned how Mrs. Brazier got started, from the military to now, as a publisher/writer/artist, and how to self-motivate and find your passion. It was so nice to welcome students from the Matanzas High School and Flagler Palm Coast High School Allied Health programs at the Flagler Tiger Bay Club luncheon!
As we listened to Rob Deininger, President and CEO of AdventHealth’s East Florida Division, discuss the "Trends in Healthcare" and the innovations shaping the next decade, it was inspiring to have our future medical professionals in the room. These students are already working toward certifications like EKG and Patient Care Technician; seeing them engage with industry leaders is what our mission of mentorship is all about.
Thank you to the Matanzas and Flagler Palm Coast High School Allied Health team for joining the conversation. The future of Flagler County’s health is in great hands!
