Last month, Family Promise of Morris County witnessed significant strides in our mission to combat homelessness. Several families have transitioned into permanent housing, marking monumental milestones in their journeys toward stability and independence. None of this would be possible without the unwavering support of our community and we owe our gratitude to all of you.
Additionally, our commitment to continuous improvement has taken us beyond local borders, with staff members participating in insightful learning experiences in both San Francisco and Washington DC. These opportunities have equipped us with invaluable knowledge and best practices, empowering us to further refine our approach and enhance our impact in ending homelessness for families in Morris County.

Introducing Chris McManus, our Board Treasurer and financial expert. When asked about his motivation to join the FPMC Board, Chris shared his passion for catalyzing positive change in the community where he was raised. His personal and professional life reflects a dedication to both family and community, making him a valuable asset to the causes he supports. Chris is also the proud founder of Monthly Connectors, an initiative to foster local business growth and community development by connecting business leaders. Notably, Chris is adopted, and he and his wife are currently on a journey to expand their family through adoption.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Paws4Good for their generous grant and donation of five 15 lb. bags of Eukanuba dog food to our Pet Care Program. With your donation, we were able to help Tigger, a cherished companion whose owner passed away last year. Tigger received vital medical care and was quickly adopted by a new caring family!
