Addressing the Workforce Challenge
Let's Talk Middle Market Workforce

Middle market companies in the state are as diverse as the people they employ. Nearly 10% of Ohio's middle market is comprised of health care, 23% are manufacturers, 6.8% in construction, and almost 11% in retail trade.

The Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce is actively working to support workforce development efforts and career opportunities as part of the overall strategy to attract and retain talent in the Toledo Region. That's why we host Morning Access: Education & Workforce every year, to provide an opportunity for business and education leaders to connect directly in a relaxed business setting, leading to mutually beneficial conversation and opportunities for the community.
