Ohio Business Gateway: Modernization Survey

The topic of the Ohio Business Gateway has been a frequent topic of discussion among Chamber members, specifically the need for improvements to the system. As you may be aware, the Ohio Business Gateway is undergoing a modernization. The project is designed to transform the current Gateway into a more user-friendly, reliable and secure portal that provides Ohio businesses with online access to business-related services provided by the State of Ohio.
As part of this effort, a series of online surveys to solicit feedback on the modernized Gateway from current users is being conducted. This will help to ensure that the changes are meeting the needs of the business community.
The second of three surveys is now available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/VSJGL8W. This survey will be open through Friday, June 9th and takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
Please feel free to also share this with your colleagues or clients that may use the Gateway.
