City Council to vote on waiving density limits for residential development at former downtown warehouse

During their meeting today at 4:00 pm, Toledo City Council is expected to vote on Ordinance 242-17 which would waive density requirements for a multi-unit residential development at the former Commerce Paper Company building located at 15, 25, 31 and 39 South Ontario Street.

During an open house last week, Chamber staff had the opportunity to tour NovaCare Prosthetics & Orthotics, previously named Physio Orthotics & Prosthetics.

Physio Orthotics & Prosthetics has been part of the Toledo community for more than 50 years and was previously part of Physiotherapy Associates, a leading national provider of outpatient physical and occupational rehabilitation and prosthetic and orthotic services.

On January 10, 1996 a group of concerned citizens and local history enthusiasts met to form the Fallen Timbers Battlefield Preservation Commission. The FTBPC is a non-profit organization whose mission is to collect, preserve, and interpret the history of the events leading up to, during, and as a result of the Battle of Fallen Timbers, which occurred on August 20, 1794.
