Toledo City Council to Discuss Budget Review Tool, Consider Street Maintenance Expenditures

Prior to its regular voting session today, Toledo City Council will hold a meeting of its Committee of the Whole at 2:00 p.m. to discuss the functions of a budget review tool developed by the Center for Priority Based Budgeting (CPBB). A partnership between the City and the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce, the tool aims to maximize the effective spending of public resources through implementing a methodology that links city priorities with funding allocation decisions. 

At its regular session following, Council will consider two ordinances that would make expenditures from the Street Construction Maintenance and Repair Fund.
