Tom has nearly 30 years of healthcare experience and is one of the nation's leading experts in finance, health plan management, and strategic planning for Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

Most recently, Tom served as National Director of Finance, PACE for Ascension Living, with responsibility for accounting, finance, and health plan management activities for four PACE programs in four different states. Prior to his role at Ascension Living, Tom served as Vice President of Finance and Reimbursement for Health Dimensions Group, where he provided strategic planning, interim finance leadership services, health plan management advisory services, financial modeling, and operational benchmarking assessments to PACE organizations and organizations interested in developing a PACE program for over 15 years.
