Cuyahoga Heights Schools is wishing everyone a safe and restful spring break. I am looking forward to everyone coming back recharged on April 6th for the home stretch of the 20/21 school year.

COFFEE TALKS TO RESUME AFTER THE BREAK
There will be no Coffee Talk tomorrow as we enter some well-deserved time off for Spring Break. Coffee Talks will resume on April 10th with a presentation of the details of our Extended Learning Plan that will be submitted to the State on April 1st.

We look forward to seeing you back in our classrooms on April 6th!

CUYAHOGA VALLEY CAREER CENTER STUDENTS GETTING IT DONE!

Cuyahoga Valley Career Center recently inducted a new group of students to the National Vocational Technical Honor Society, with several inductees from Cuyahoga Heights!

  • Chris Clemence, 1st grader grader at CHES, will be competing in the Youth State Wrestling Championships this weekend!!!

  • Good luck to all of our Spring athletes as they kick off competition in the week ahead!! [Weather permitting, of course.]

  • Congratulations to Cuyahoga Heights Alum and Senior at the University of Toledo Dayna Denner on her start to the softball season. Dayna is having an outstanding senior season and is in the top ranking of the Mid-American Conference (MAC) in several categories, including:
  • Tied for 1st in Triples
  • Leading the MAC with 7 home runs
  • Tied for 3rd in the MAC with 15 rbi’s
  • Tied for 3rd in the MAC with 6 doubles
  • Tied for 4th in the MAC with 12 runs scored
  • 2nd in the MAC with 23 hits
  • 2nd in the MAC with an .867 slugging percentage
  • 5th in the MAC in on base percentage at .486
  • Keep up the Great Work Dayna!!!!! Go Rockets!!!!
