We're happy to have you join us! Below is important information for a successful season:  

STAY CONNECTED:

Alodia Website (primary source): Visit alodiasports.com for essential season updates. Navigate to Youth Basketball Leagues -> Tomball -> Fall 1 Information (available by 5 pm Wednesday, August 28).

SportsEngine Team Management App: Download for communication, game details, and team rosters (available by 5 pm Wednesday, August 28).

Social Media: Like 'Alodia Sports Academy' on Facebook and follow 'Alodia Basketball' on Instagram for updates and photos.

IMPORTANT DATES & SEASON INFORMATION:

Evaluations:

• Monday, August 26 at 5:30 pm (check-in starts at 5:00 pm)
• Salem Community Center, 22601 Lutheran Church Road, Tomball, TX 77377
• All players should attend evaluations (including coach's child)
• NO basketballs needed at evaluations
• Wear basketball shoes
• Players are free to leave after they are evaluated
• Exception: If unable to attend and to be drafted, you MUST email tcbl@alodiaconsulting.com (subject line: 'TCBL Evaluation Info') ASAP with player details including:
• Height, weight, previous playing experience, previous all-star experience with Alodia, skill level with shooting, ball handling and rebounding.

Coach Information:

• 3-4 Grade Division needs 2 coaches - Thanks Coach Henn and Hill for volunteering.
• 5-6 Grade Division needs 4 coaches
• 7-8 Grade Division needs 3 coaches Thanks Coach Law for volunteering.

WE NEED COACHES! Why Coach?

• Impact your child's and others' youth sports experience.
• FREE skills training for your child ($120 value).
• FREE Alodia dri-fit shirt.
• A crucial component of the league's success is our volunteer coaches!

Carpool Requests:

• No guarantee for 1st or 2nd round draft picks to be on the same team due to the negative effect on competitiveness of the league.
• If both players are in the top 2 rounds of the draft, we will work to have practice on the same night but play for a different team.

Location:   

• Practices: Salem Community Center, 22601 Lutheran Church Road, 77377
• Games: at Salem Community Center or Woodlands area schools

Pre-Season Information:

• Post-Evaluation email with additional season information and app information will be sent by Friday, August 30.
• Coaches will contact you by 3 pm, Friday, August 30.
• Rosters will be updated in the app by 5 pm, Wednesday, August 28.
• Practices at Salem Community Center on Monday (7-8 or 8-9 pm), or Wednesday (6-7 pm or 7-8 pm or 8-9 pm).
• Reminder: Bring a basketball to practices (28.5-inch for grades 3-6, 29.5-inch for grades 7-8).

Skills Training (as part of Combo Package):

• Starts *FRIDAY, September 6, 6-7 pm. *Due to Labor Day
• Location: Salem Community Center
• Additional sessions on MONDAYS: September 9, 16, 23, 30
• Reminder: Bring a basketball (28.5-inch for grades 3-6, 29.5-inch for grades 7-8)

Game Schedules:

• First week schedule will be posted on the website and in the app by 5 pm Monday, September 2.
• Full schedule will be posted on the website by 10 pm Tuesday, September 3.
• Full schedule will be loaded in the app by 10 pm Friday, September 6.
• Season consists of 5 weeks of games on weekends:
• 3 doubleheader Regular Season Saturdays: September 7, 14, 21
• 1 doubleheader Interleague Exhibition against other Alodia League locations: September 28
• Single Elimination Playoff Tournament and All-Star Games: October 4-5

Uniforms:

• Reversible jerseys distributed 30 minutes before your first game.
• Home team wears lighter color; visiting team wears darker color.

On-Site Issues:

• Resolve with on-site Alodia supervisors promptly.
• Follow up via email if not resolved. 

Facilities: Please maintain cleanliness at Salem Community Center and other local facilities.
