What's Up at DOEE?
We all know Tommy Wells, the Director of the District Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) likes to fish. Rumor has it that Tommy has not had that much time for recreation, and that DOEE is moving full speed ahead to help Mayor Muriel Bowser respond to the COVID-19 crisis, and continue to fulfill the environmental, sustainability focused mission of this most important agency.

To help you get the inside scoop, the DC Environmental Network has scheduled a check-in with DOEE Director Wells, for April 15th at 2:00 PM. Yes, that's tomorrow.

It's time to ask questions about COVID-19. How is the crisis impacting environmental programs, the budget, and DOEE's Clean Energy DC Plan? Anything else you might want to ask, or share is fair game.

All are welcome.
