Penelope is a Florida Bar Board Certified attorney in International Law. Her practice focuses on the areas of commercial litigation, business law, international law and intellectual property law. Penelope has experience in a broad variety of complex commercial international and domestic litigation in federal and state courts. She has vast experience in preparing and negotiating contracts for technology companies providing integrated passenger solutions for airlines and airports. Additionally, Mrs. Perez-Kelly has represented clients in real estate developer disputes, shareholder disputes, fraud and deceptive and unfair trade practices, collection and enforcement of judgments and commercial landlord and tenant disputes.
Mrs. Perez-Kelly also assists her clients in creating corporate policies and procedures designed to ensure compliance with privacy laws and other corporate compliance matters. Penelope has also helped her clients complete trademark clearance, prosecution, registration, maintenance, assignments and renewals in the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia, and has assisted clients with ICANN disputes involving pirating domain names.
