Friends,
Please join me for the street unveiling of ‘Marie Andrée Bichotte Way’ and the accompanying remembrance ceremony in commemoration of Marie Andrée Bichotte, devoted matriarch, beloved community activist, longtime union delegate and union member of Hotel Trades Council (HTC), and leader of global prayer missionary group, “La Nouvelle Naissance.” She embodied the spirit of Harriet Tubman on immigration reform and economic freedom.
Tomorrow Saturday, March 19, 2022 marks one year since Marie Andrée Bichotte's passing. Please join me, together with Senator Kevin Parker and Council Member Farah N. Louis, this Saturday at 11 a.m. at the corner of Farragut Road and East 45th Street in Brooklyn, New York, as we commemorate the life and legacy of Marie Andrée Bichotte at her street co-naming.
