Project Mover is a NYSERDA grant-funded, regional initiative that first launched in the Village of Ossining in August 2024 to bring clean, affordable micro-mobility options to Westchester County. In 2025, a total of 300 electric bikes will roll out across six municipalities beginning in the Villages of Ossining, Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow, and followed by Croton on Hudson, Dobbs Ferry and the Town of Ossining.
The Village of Tarrytown will launch with six stations, with three additional stations to be added pending approval from third-party property owners.
