We recently announced that we have partnered with ShowingTime to provide you with easy-to-use stats in a new suite of market reports and interactive tools called MarketStats by ShowingTime , which includes InfoSparks, FastStats, Local Market Updates, Monthly Indicators, the Housing Supply Overview, a Monthly Data Sheet and an Annual Report. These products will go a long way toward a broader understanding of the prevailing trends in our local housing market.
Training on these tools will be held on April 17 at 11am or 1pm .

This is a refresher course in the federal guidelines for a 1031Exchange. It reviews the basic rules and how they can impact a property owner who intends to use the exchange to defer capital gains. The course aims to provide realtors with the basic information to service their clients involved in 1031 exchanges without crossing over to the unauthorized practice of law.
