The event will feature Arielle Roth in a Fireside Chat with former FCC Commissioner and Free State Foundation Adjunct Senior Fellow Michael O'Rielly discussing all the very latest developments at NTIA with respect to BEAD, spectrum, USF reform, and more. Ms. Roth, as Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information, serves as Administrator of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, the Executive Branch agency principally responsible for advising the President on communications, broadband, and Internet policy. Also featured will be regular Fox News contributor Professor Jonathan Turley, author of his new book, "Rage and the Republic: The Unfinished Story of the American Revolution." Mr. Turley will discuss the relevance of the American Revolution to today's America as we celebrate America's 250th birthday.


There will also be a special session moderated by Free State Foundation President Randolph May featuring FSF scholars Michelle Connolly, John Duffy, Daniel Lyons, Joseph Kennedy, and Adam Mossoff predicting key trends in law and policy over the next two decades in the fields of communications, AI, intellectual property, administrative law, and more!


And there will be a special toast by Free State Foundation Adjunct Senior Fellow Seth Cooper to honor the Free State Foundation’s and America’s important milestone anniversaries.

 

A complimentary lunch will be served, subject to space limitations and reservations.
