Jeff Young
Co-Owner and CMO of YESCO
And Star of Undercover Boss

It's a family business that produces some of the most iconic signs in the country, including the world famous 'Welcome to Las Vegas!' sign. Nearly 100 years in business, Young Electric Sign Company (YESCO) is now in the hands of the founder's grandsons. This multi-million dollar empire has more than 1300 employees at 85 different locations throughout the country. YESCO started when Thomas Young arrived in America at the age of 15 and opened a custom sign shop in 1920. Embracing the new trend of neon, the company grew. When Thomas' son Thomas Jr. took over the company in the 60's, the growth continued and he doubled the company four times. When the grandsons took over in the 80s, they again embraced technology and specifically LED. Since they've been at the helm, the company has doubled. Jeff will address the business community about running a family business, how values still matter and going "under cover" in your own company.
