This is our monthly Networking Breakfast, held at Heatherwoode Golf Club. Enjoy Heatherwoode's delicious hot breakfast buffet, listen to our Keynote Speakers, and allow ample time for networking with the 70-100 business professionals in attendance.   Bring brochures and business cards to share. You will have an opportunity to present a 30 second commercial after the Keynote Speaker Presentation. 

This month our Keynote Speaker is Warren County Community Services CEO Eugene Rose. He will share news of the Restaurant and Banquet Center coming to Hopkin Commons in early 2018. This community will be the first of its kind in Ohio.

Our Business Connect After Hours is designed for Chamber members to have access to a FREE monthly networking event at a Springboro area business.  Our October event will be held at Crooked Handle Brewing Company which is Springboro's first craft brewery!

Each month you will have an opportunity to present a 30 second commercial about your business.  Bring brochures or business cards to share.  Be prepared to meet current and future members, learn about their businesses, and form mutually beneficial business relationships.  Complimentary appetizers will be available.  Cash bar.

Christmas Luncheon

 This is our Annual Christmas Luncheon which is a very popular special event for our Chamber members.  Join us at the beautiful clubhouse at Heatherwoode Golf Club for a lavish Traditional Christmas Feast.  Salads, roast turkey and ham, roast potatoes, vegetables, dressing and of course cranberry sauce.  A variety of delicious desserts will also be available.  

We ask that all attendees bring a canned food item to donate to The Pantry that serves Springboro, Franklin & Carlisle.  We will also hold a 50/50 raffle with the proceeds benefiting The Pantry.

The Springboro High School Jazz Choir will perform their Traditional Christmas Show that includes singing, choreography and dancing!  This event will be SOLD OUT by the end of November with over 200 in expected attendance.  The Annual Christmas Luncheon is the last Major Event for the Springboro Chamber in 2017.

"That Spring Thing"

The 2018 Hometown EXPO "That Spring Thing" will be held on Saturday, March 17th at Springboro High School!  Hometown EXPO is Warren County's Largest Business Expo every year with over 200 exhibits featuring local Springboro area businesses, service clubs and nonprofit organizations.  

Put the date of the 2018 EXPO on your calendar now!  This is our only business-to-consumer event of the year and allows local businesses and organizations to display their products and services to the general public from Springboro and the surrounding communities.

Booths spaces for this event are sold exclusively to Springboro Chamber members ONLY.  EXPO sponsors get the first choice of booth spaces with the best location.

 Booth registration starts on Monday, January 8th with Diamond Sponsors.  Exhibitors will register in-person at the Chamber office.  Open registration starts on Thursday, January 18th.

EXPO exhibitors are required to include a door prize that is raffled off at their booth Exhibitors create their own entry forms and select the winner at the end or after the event.  This helps the Chamber attract an average annual attendance of over 8,000 by offering attendees a chance to win a prize!  The event is open to the general public and is FREE to attend for them.

Be sure to register your booth early for this event!  In 2017, all EXPO booth spaces were sold in 3 days after Open Registration.  This is a very popular event for local businesses and organizations.  We usually have over 50 businesses on a wait list for this event.

EXPO booth prices in 2018 for businesses will range from $150-$300. Pricing depends on the location of your booth, booth visibility and if you booth has electricity available.  Nonprofit tables will be available for $55.  Food booths will be available for $25.

Exhibitors are required to be present at their booth at all times from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.  This year we will have a business-to-business networking hour from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM before the event is open to the public.  Exhibitors who tear down early or arrive late to EXPO will be fined $100 and will not be allowed to exhibit in the future.

We are always looking for volunteers to help out before the event with set up, during the event and after the event with tear down.  If you would like to volunteer or have children that need community services hours, please reply or call the Chamber at 748-0074.
