Why:

To review the following items.


Landmarks:

  • 28 Prospect Park West (Park Slope Historic Historic District)- Certificate of Appropriateness application to allow for an open parking space in an existing rear yard, a curb cut, a new gate, and repairs to the fence.
  • 487 Henry Street (Cobble Historic District)- Certificate of Appropriateness application to allow for a rear yard and rooftop extension.


Land Use:

The Department of Design and Construction, Department of Transportation, Department of Citywide Administrative Services, and Department of Parks and Recreation are seeking City Map amendments to regrade and elevate several streets and map new parkland to enlarge Todd Triangle Park, as well as acquisitions related to easements along private property, to facilitate a neighborhood-wide flood resiliency project in Red Hook.

  • BSA- 92 King Street- Review of an application to the Board of Standards and Appeals(BSA) to waive side yard requirements for a detached one-family house.
