Pop-Up Outdoor Yoga Tonight in Albany's Washington Park, Tuesday May 10 5:45PM. The sun is shining and it is beautiful out today!
So, we're scheduling an outdoor yoga class tonight in Washington Park in Albany, 5:45-7pm. Class will be led by Laleh Nader. This will be an all-levels, slow flow class. Bring a mat and/or towel, water, (maybe bug spray but I don't think its too buggy yet) and any props you like to use.

Instructor Deb Rutledge offers 6AM yoga four days a week (M/T/Th/F) and she has built a sweet and motivated crew to come join her at Heartspace. Month unlimited pass for $100. We are committing to you when you commit to a regular practice at Heartspace. For a limited time, our monthly unlimited is only
$100 with autopay renewal. We will renew your monthly pass at that rate as long you want and you can keep that price. There is no contract but we only ask that you renew at least one time after your first month. We take payment through ACH/Bank transfer from your checking account. If you want only a single month unlimited without renewal, the price is $120 and that's available online for purchase. You can use our unlimited passes for in-person, livestream, and our on-demand video library. This $100 autopay option isn't available for purchase online so please email me at
