Making Our Voices Heard on Prop 57 Regulations
Watch this presentation to learn more.
"Making Our Voices Heard on Prop. 57."

Who's going to decide what Prop 57 is?
Deputy District Attorneys are organizing
to impact Prop. 57 regulations.
They know that letters sent in the next few weeks will be important.

Don't let District Attorneys control this conversation.
Your opinion matters.

The Association of Deputy District Attorneys sent an email this week to its many members across the state, urging them to weigh in during the public comment period for the proposed Proposition 57 regulations.

We believe CDCR is open to making changes to the proposed regulations.  What changes are made will depend on the public comments submitted in the next few weeks. Don't sit back and hope someone else will act on behalf of your loved one. Stand up for what is right.

There are a range of things you can do:

  1. Use this simple sign-and-send letter;
  2. Use the personalized (and more effective) letter with instructions;
  3. Use this call for action to get friends, family members, and organizations to send letters; and
  4. Watch the short presentation above to learn about the issues.
You can read the proposed regulations here.

The last day to comment is 9/1/17.

The passage of Proposition 57 would not have been possible without your support, but unfortunately, our work is not done. We must act to secure the promise of Prop. 57's landmark reforms. I hope you will join our campaign and take action, even if it is one simple letter to CDCR asking to correct the proposed regulations before they become final.
