Welcome to my November email newsletter!

With all of this week's snow, it sure feels like the holiday season is upon us - the opening of the Christmas Market in the Distillery District makes it official! This year's market opened this week. Remember if you're visiting, you definitely need a ticket for weekend visits and while the District is open on Mondays, the market is not.

The fall real estate market has been a particularly busy one - many properties are selling quickly and sellers are still listing properties. Check out this month's market stats below along with 10 of Toronto's newest restaurants that opened in October. Also not to be missed, you'll find my latest listings including a one-of-a-kind opportunity in Corktown: a three bedroom home on one of Toronto's most unique streets!

As always, I thank you for your past and future business and any referrals you may have are greatly appreciated.

Check out www.be-at-home.com for exciting real estate opportunities!
