- Oversaw formation and activities of a DEI&B committee to improve employee engagement.
- Led communication efforts with business users, including communication of pending changes, maintenance schedules, and monthly operations calls.
- Supported and led multiple system upgrades, including hardware, OS, Framework, and Application upgrades.
- Involved in multiple IT organization design changes.
- Skilled at creating and maintaining Enterprise Resource Plans, Budgets, Forecasts, and Outlooks.
